The first encounter between the young bees Api and Soli is not under a good star: the naive, friendly honeybee and the sarcastic, unsociable wild bee find themselves stuck together in a spider's web. Fortunately, the approaching black thing turns out not to be a spider, but a Bombo, a friendly bumblebee boy. With a clumsy act of bravery, he frees the two – and despite all their differences, a lifelong friendship is formed. Under the motto "One for all, and all for one!" the three want to achieve great things in their meadow by the lake. However, Api's rumbling belly quickly reveals the real problem: there are hardly any nectar flowers left. After some hair-raising ideas, they realize that all the bees would need to relocate to another meadow. Luckily, a human child named Melissa notices their plight and ensures that enough food will soon grow again.

The ensemble of the BogenTheater is excited about this wonderful children's play and invites the audience to join them in exploring the fascinating life of bees.
