- To bring: Weather-appropriate clothing (the tour takes place partly outdoors and indoors), sturdy footwear, possibly a drink

- Minimum age: 4 years (children under 14 may only participate when accompanied by a legal guardian)

- No alcohol/drug influence

- The FCA reserves the right to exclude certain areas of the stadium tour or to close the interior
- No tours are offered on days directly before a home game
- Due to structural conditions, strollers cannot be taken along
- There are ample opportunities to visit sanitary facilities before and during the tour
- Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on the tours
- Larger bags and luggage cannot be taken into the arena
