CHAMBER MUSIC IN THE MUSEUM

After the resounding success of the first collaboration with the Museum Horn – “Vivaldi by Candlelight” in September 2025 – the “Candlelight Concerts” and the museum continue their partnership with another concert in the exhibition hall of the museum. October 17, 2026, will also bring a reunion with the artists from 2025.

The renowned violinist Yoko Saotome-Huber – the soloist in Vivaldi's “The Four Seasons” at the museum concert in 2025 – will this time interpret Bach's famous “Chaconne” from the Partita in D minor for solo violin. Robert Pobitschka will be featured in the solo part of Mozart's Piano Concerto in A major KV 414. The program also includes Mozart's Divertimento for Strings KV 136 and a Concerto Grosso from Handel's Op. 12. An ensemble of members from the Vienna Symphony Orchestra will also be present.

As a meeting point of styles from several eras, the exhibition hall of the museum is intellectually and artistically very stimulating. This ambiance will be enhanced during the concert by candlelight – the hallmark of the series.
