Creatively staged, one of the largest music bands in Salzburg, the Trachtenmusikkapelle Altenmarkt, performs an open-air variety of music – from classical to modern, from solemn to lively. The concert takes place in the marketplace and invites everyone to linger, listen, and clap along.
The evening is accompanied by living tradition: The Heimatverein D’lustigen Zauchenseer showcases typical folk dances from the region, bringing authentic Salzburg customs to the stage. Additionally, the Jungschnalzer group adds special accents with their powerful snapping rhythms that captivate the audience. It’s a musically traditional evening that unites sound, movement, and culture – open to all who enjoy celebrating together in Altenmarkt.
