Guided Forest Bathing with Maria

Your break at the Mountain of Senses – a mindful encounter with nature and the forest. From July 9 to September 10, 2026, forest bathing expert, TEH herbal expert, and mountain hiking guide Maria invites you every Thursday to a special break at Asitz. Together, you will immerse yourself in the soothing atmosphere of the forest and experience nature with all your senses. At a calm pace, you will leave everyday life behind, take deep breaths, and find new strength. Gentle mindfulness exercises will accompany you on your journey to greater inner peace and well-being. As a special keepsake, you will receive a small, valuable gift from the forest for your home. The guided hike covers approximately 8.2 kilometers and about 850 meters of descent. The pure walking time is about 3.5 hours. If desired, you can conveniently end the tour at the middle station and take the Steinberg cable car back down to the valley.
