Exhibition visit "Twist. Art from Waste" in the Haslach Church Tower and "diptii textiles" in the Gallery in the Vault, mobile kitchen at the church square

On this evening, visitors can explore two exhibitions and take a break at a mobile kitchen in the church square.

The exhibition "TWIST - Art from Waste" in the Haslach Church Tower presents free, experimental works on the eight floors of the tower that utilize various textile waste materials to formulate independent modes of expression and artistic statements. In addition to works by invited international artists, contributions from students of the University of Art Linz and other educational institutions will also be on display, offering a young, fresh perspective on the topic and revealing new potentials and meanings for resources that often seem useless.

The exhibition "diptii textiles" in the Gallery in the Vault features quilts and wall hangings made from old saris, produced in decentralized manufacturing in the villages of Bangladesh.
