**A Love-Hate Relationship** - **Bike Tour of Reichenau Island** Those who love each other tease one another, and the islanders and residents of Allensbach have been doing just that for as long as anyone can remember. This bike tour begins with a boat ride to Reichenau Island. Guide Ludwig Egenhofer leads the way across the monastery and vegetable island to the churches of the UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a brief stop in the newly designed monastery garden, to spots with magnificent views of the lake, and recounts over 1,300 years of island history, always with a wink referencing this special relationship.
