The silence of nature, the gentle rustling of leaves in the wind, and the chirping of birds create an atmosphere that refreshes both body and mind.
This pilgrimage route offers valuable moments of reflection and mindfulness. Along the way, idyllic resting places invite you to pause and consciously enjoy the beauty of nature. To make the hike an all-around pleasant experience, sturdy footwear and a well-stocked backpack are recommended.

27.03.2026 – 1st stage Sinzig - Namedy
26.06.2026 – 2nd stage Namedy - Plaidt
25.09.2026 – 3rd stage Plaidt – Maria Laach
Approx. 20 km per stage.
Start at 8:00 a.m.
Fee: 15.00 € per person (plus costs for return trip by public transport)
