A Journey to the Chakras

A 5-day workshop from Wednesday to Sunday.
This event is a workshop dedicated to the history and philosophy of these legendary yogic centers.
It is not an esoteric dive into superstition, but a journey into the texts and tantras where the chakras are first mentioned. We aim to approach these centers in a refreshing way.
Of course, we will also practice yoga and seek to connect with the mysticism of the chakras through our own experiences. It will be an exciting journey into history and philosophy, as well as into our inner experience.
