The Austrian writer Gertraud Klemm is among the most discussed literary figures of our time. Her multiple award-winning works analyze, with powerful language and profound insight, the role of women in our society.
In her novels and most recently in the widely debated essay "Farewell to the Phallocene; A Polemic," the engaged author reflects on matriarchal societies from the past and present, matriarchal inspiration, patriarchal deconstruction, and the necessity of a colonial reversal.
