10th Literature Days Steyr (May 22–24, 2026)

Against the backdrop of the historic old town of Steyr and its magnificent arcade courtyards, the 10th edition of the Steyr Literature Days (May 22–24, 2026) invites you to reconnect with well-known voices of contemporary Austrian literature.
Traditionally, the event opens in the historic courtyard of the town hall with a reading by Monika Helfer and a concert by the First Vienna Home Organ Orchestra. You can also look forward to Bettina Balàka, Xaver Bayer, Lydia Mischkulnig, Anna Weidenholzer, and literary-musical matinees featuring Bertl Mütter, Antonio Fian, and the Kollegium Kalksburg.
