The PRINCES

After more than three decades, countless concerts, and songs that have long become part of the DNA of German pop music, the moment has come for the PRINZEN to say goodbye. Under the motto "Tschüssi, macht’s gut!" (Bye-bye, take care!), the PRINZEN will bid farewell during their farewell tour in 2027, not with pathos and fanfare, but honestly, wisely, and with exactly the wink that has always characterized them.

Since the early '90s, the PRINZEN have sung their way into the charts and directly into the musical memory of the country with hits like "Millionär," "Alles nur geklaut," "Küssen verboten," "(Du musst) ein Schwein sein," and "Mann im Mond." Six million records sold, 16 gold and platinum awards, two ECHO music awards, and numerous other accolades speak a very clear language. Additionally, there are eleven released albums—from their debut "Das Leben ist grausam" to "Krone der Schöpfung"—and one fact that is almost even more impressive: even after all these years, the PRINZEN remain united in their original lineup.

Stopping when it’s at its best? The PRINZEN are drawing the line not out of fatigue, but out of conviction! As long as the stage brings joy, the songs resonate, and the evenings still have that special spark, one doesn’t want to wait until passion eventually becomes routine.

The farewell tour in 2027 is therefore primarily a big thank you to the audience, which can look forward to special arrangements, personal moments, and perhaps a surprise or two. Once again, the PRINZEN will perform live with everything that people love about them—big hits, strong voices, a lot of humor, and that incomparable closeness that has characterized their concerts for decades. Of course, it will be emotional, but above all, it will be a big celebration! "It's not a quiet farewell," say band insiders. "It will be loud, filled with emotions, and full of joy. We want to celebrate—with everyone who has accompanied us over the years."

When the curtain falls for the last time at the end of this tour, more than just music will remain: a piece of German pop culture that has shaped generations. No grand drama, but an honest farewell, just as one would expect from the PRINZEN.
