Yoga at Ausee 2026

Enjoy a relaxed summer yoga session by the shores of the Ausee in Blindenmarkt this Wednesday evening!
This year, the Yoga Salon is rolling out the yoga mat again at the Ausee Recreation Center during the summer.
We practice Hatha Yoga in a moderate form. In each yoga session, we practice asanas (body positions), pranayamas (breathing exercises), and relaxation and concentration techniques. This will enhance your flexibility, strengthen your body, and immerse you in deep relaxation. There’s no better way to end your day! With regular yoga practice, you will also improve your body awareness and overall well-being. The yoga sessions are suitable for anyone interested, with or without prior yoga experience!
