JO Xund & Fit | Every Wednesday E-Bike Tour: Pfarrwerfen
We ride along the Alpendorfstraße towards St. Johann and then leisurely along the Tauern or Alpe-Adria cycle path to Pfarrwerfen, with views of Hohenwerfen Castle, the Tennen and Hagen mountains, as well as the Hochkönig. There, we will visit the historic 7 mills. We continue along the Roman path to Bischofshofen, passing by St. Rupert's Abbey and the Buchberg Church. The next stop is the Open Golf Bistro in St. Johann, where we will refuel. Optionally, we can play a round at the JO Adventure Mini Golf at a discounted rate (don’t forget your guest card). We then ride back to St. Johann and Alpendorf along the Tauern cycle path in a relaxed manner.
Meeting Point: Every Wednesday, 09:30 AM, Parking Lot 2 of the Alpendorf Gondola Station in front of the Snoworld bike rental.
Guide: Manfred Oberndorfer, Certified Mountain Bike Guide
Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours of pure riding time, about 3 hours with breaks
Difficulty/Fitness: Normal fitness level, 44 km total distance, 650 meters of elevation gain
Riding Skills: Basic cycling skills required
Equipment & Clothing: E-Bike, appropriate cycling clothing and protective gear (helmet, gloves, glasses), drinks, mobile phone
E-Bike Rental: See below. Timely reservation is absolutely necessary to ensure availability, and rentals can plan accordingly. Thank you for your support!
Children/Youth: From 14 years old when accompanied by an adult. Good physical condition and cycling skills required!
Participants: Max. 12 people
Cost: EUR 30.00 per person excluding E-Bike. Participation is free for guests of JO Xund & Fit establishments!
Participation is only with registration by the day before at 5:00 PM!
