The Little Egerland Ensemble

Great melodies, captivating groove, and overflowing virtuosity - the small Egerland ensemble - The Original (short DKEB) delights its audience with a distinctive sound full of depth and expression. Rooted in the long tradition of Egerland music and refined with modern influences, a soundscape emerges that touches, captivates, and lingers long after. The eight soloists of the DKEB combine their experiences from numerous successful formations - from Moop Mama and Alpenblech to the Kapelle So&So and the Obermüller Musikanten, as well as the "Sing meinen Song" band and, of course, the great Original Egerland Musicians. The musicians perform entirely from memory and consciously without technical amplification - creating an intimate, unadulterated unplugged concert experience that makes the special intensity of this formation palpable. The lineup of the DKEB brings together outstanding soloists in their field: Trumpet and flugelhorn: Martin Hutter, Christoph Moschberger, Sebastian Höglauer; Drums: Stephan Hutter; Tuba: Peter Laib; Accordion: Maximilian Obermüller; Tenorhorn & Baritone: Alexander Wurz & Michael Müller. With this unique mix, DKEB is making waves in the brass music cosmos and proves, especially live: Their music hits directly to the heart, captivates the audience, and remains a catchy tune long after.
