TIDES tells of the feeling of being at the mercy of a strong current, yet deep within, feeling the trust that this current is a benevolent force that ultimately drives us toward safe shores. This trio is an authentic New York City project with artists from near the East River.

The musicians of the band came together primarily as friends, with the mission of preserving a childlike innocence and curiosity in cultivating their style, thus developing a sound defined by tranquility and inner peace, against the current of our fast-paced environment. At the same time, the group possesses an expressive power shaped by the New York jazz community and refined through numerous concerts amidst the city's vibrant nightlife.
