The traditional juniper festival in Alendorf with guided hikes and juniper specialities always takes place on the second weekend in August.
A landscape as fantastically beautiful as Tuscany. You don't have to travel to Italy for this, the Eifel is much closer. South of Blankenheim, you can hike through a landscape in the Lampertstal valley that really is reminiscent of Tuscany with its rolling hills.
Food and drink are well catered for on all days! There is a bouncy castle and games for the children.
Time: Sat. from 18.00 hrs, Sun. from 10.30 hrs
