Kröbbelchesfest in Kottenheim

The Kröbbelfest 2026 will take place from Friday, August 28 to Monday, August 31, 2026 and offers a diverse program for all age groups.

The event kicks off on Friday morning with the traditional potato peeling on the parish grounds (entrance Burgstraße). In the evening, the festivities begin at the fairgrounds with culinary offerings such as cocktails, wine, beer, and the popular Kröbbelchen. Starting at 8:00 PM, a 80s/90s party with DJ Sascha will create a lively atmosphere.

On Saturday, the day also starts with potato peeling. From noon onwards, the fairgrounds invite guests to gather, complemented by a trade fair around the community center as well as a large tractor meeting. The culinary delights include fresh Kröbbelchen. In the afternoon, the café "Alt Kottem" opens with coffee and cake. In the evening, the Cologne party band "SPONTAN" with authentic Cologne music will provide entertainment.

Sunday begins at 11:00 AM with a worship service on the fairgrounds, accompanied by organist Martin Kopp. Following this, there will be a morning pint, a tractor meeting, and a comprehensive children's program featuring face painting, a bouncy castle, and play activities. Alongside an open snack bar and café, there will be Kasperle-Hännesje theater performances in the afternoon.

On Monday, the festival concludes with more lively activities at the fairgrounds. Visitors can enjoy Kröbbelchen again and visit the café. The musical finale in the evening will be provided by the cover band "BOUNCE", which will bring the Kröbbelfest to a fitting close.
