Vintage presentation at the von Othegraven winery

In the hospitable atmosphere of the park and manor house, the current vintage is presented and can be tasted on site. Additionally, there is the opportunity to try a selection of rarities as well as aged wines.

The new vintage in all its facets​
2025 was a year that gave the vines time. A consistently good water supply, moderate temperatures, and ideal conditions for harvesting created the foundation for wines of exceptional finesse. The result is a vintage full of spirit, precision, and elegance – with that cool clarity and vibrant freshness that make the Saar so unique.

Tasting and Premiere

For the first time, we present our Bockstein Spätlese Alte Reben from the VDP.GROSSEN LAGE® Ockfener Bockstein – a wine of exceptional depth, elegance, and remarkable aging potential. The tasting is complemented by our new Rosé 2025, which brings a sense of freshness and lightness in tune with the summer.

In addition to the current vintage, we will open selected treasures from our cellar. From an Altenberg GG 2011 to delicate Kabinetts, complex Spätlesen, and noble sweet Auslesen, you can expect a special selection of aged Rieslings.

These wines impressively demonstrate how origin, time, and ripening interact to create additional depth and expression over the years.

The entrance fee for the vintage presentation is €15.00.
Participation in the additional rarities tasting is possible for an extra fee of €15.
A prior reservation is not required; tickets are available at the box office.
