Hiking Day

On National Hiking Day, the Wertheim Hiking Club is offering a free hike. The meeting point for the hike is at 10 a.m. in the station concourse at the Wertheim train station. From there, we’ll walk along Georg-Feuerstein-Strasse (also known as Blindenweg) via Vierorthweg to Bestenheid. We’ll enjoy the view of Wertheim and Bestenheid.
Once there, we’ll stop for a break at the newly reopened “Löwengarten” beer garden.
The return route takes us along the Main River back to Wertheim. The hike is approximately 8 km.
No registration is required.
