- 3-day gravel tour in the Palatinate Forest, distance approximately 180 km, 3200 m elevation gain

Duration: 3 days, 2 nights

Equipment & clothing to bring:
- Gravel bike or mountain bike hardtail in technically sound condition
- Own tent
- Water bottles
- Cycling clothes (2x bib shorts, 2x jerseys, socks, rain jacket, arm warmers, leg warmers)
- Helmet
- Power bank
- Spare tube
- Energy bars + gels
- Slippers
- Sleeping gear
- Light down jacket for the evenings
- Headlamp
- Cash

Provided (if needed):
- 3x bikepacking bags (backloader, frontloader, frame bag)

Participation conditions:
- Minimum age of the main traveler: 16 years
- Athletic fitness and good basic endurance (50-60 km tours should be manageable)
- Previous experience on a gravel bike
- Participation for persons with disabilities is unfortunately not possible

Weather:
In case of severe thunderstorms and forecasted continuous rain throughout all tour days, the experience cannot take place (the decision lies with the organizer).

Availability / Dates:
The tour takes place from June 26-28, 2026.
Travel is self-organized either on the evening of June 25, 2026 (overnight stay not included in the price) or early morning on June 26, 2026.

Note:
An online meeting will be held with all tour participants approximately 4 weeks before the tour, where the tour will be presented in detail, the packing list will be reviewed, and questions will be answered.
Travel to and from the location is not included in the price.
Additional costs may apply for local taxes (costs to be paid on-site).
