A play about origin, solidarity, and the happiness of finding one another. Several life stories, different times and perspectives intertwine to create a multifaceted overall picture: In the 1980s, everything begins with a dispute between two students — Hassan and Moritz. From rejection, a deep friendship grows over the years that shapes both of them. In parallel, different stories and encounters are presented: Yasemin, who stands between overwhelm and responsibility; Sevgi, who searches for her identity between Austria and Turkey; and people who leave their homeland and must find new paths. In schools, families, and workplaces, different experiences, expectations, and cultures collide. And then there are Orhan and Erich. Over the years, they hold onto an idea, develop it further, discard it again, and revisit it anew.
