The chakra system is a central pivot in the energy system of humans and animals. When chakras are out of balance or blocked, it can affect various levels – the meridian system, the endocrine glands, organs, as well as muscles, tendons, and joints. Often, when addressing complaints, the focus is first placed on the physical level, and symptoms are treated. The possible causes in the subtle energy system are often overlooked.
However, based on my many years of experience, the chakras play a significantly larger role than many are aware of. Therefore, for the maintenance of health and the inner balance of body, mind, and soul, it is essential to regularly engage with these energy centers. This workshop offers a clear and practical introduction to energy work through the chakra system.
The focus is on personal perception and practical application: Participants will learn to sense, understand, and apply simple techniques for themselves and in contact with others.
Contents:
• Basics of energy, frequency, and biofield – explained in an understandable way
• The chakra system: structure, significance, and practical perception
• Clarifying personal perception: What truly belongs to me?
• The connection between energy, the nervous system, and inner experiences
• Simple exercises for self-regulation and stabilization
• Body-oriented approaches to grounding and presence
• Practical exercises for sensing and working with energy
• Guided meditation for integration
Goal of the workshop
Participants will develop an initial, clear feeling for their own energy system, be able to better categorize their perceptions, and learn techniques to self-regulate in difficult situations. The focus is not on theory but on direct experience, safety, and a mindful approach to oneself.
Particular emphasis will be placed on a trauma-sensitive approach. Traumas are also stored in the chakras and influence their functionality.
