The Singer-Songwriter Era

Memories of a musical-literary era in the late 1960s and early 70s awaken, in which solo artists and a few female artists modestly presented their self-written, self-composed, and self-performed songs to the public – with the deep, noble, and honorable conviction that they could significantly improve, perhaps even save, the world! Fifty years later, it is still or once again time for these songs, as our needs and longings, as well as criticisms and accusations regarding certain societal and governmental actions, have changed only slightly. The lyrics of these songs could have been written just yesterday! Musically, due to the high-caliber lineup of this illustrious formation, special, charming, challenging, and exciting interpretations are to be expected and guaranteed! Also included are songs from the young singer-songwriter guild!
