**Herbal Walk with Workshop – Discover the Power of Nature!** Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of wild herbs and experience nature with all your senses. On our herb walk, you’ll immerse yourself in the fascinating world of native wild plants. Step by step, you’ll learn to reliably identify edible and medicinal herbs, understand their unique properties, and harvest them respectfully from nature. Along the way, you’ll not only learn interesting facts about their effects but also discover fascinating insights into their traditional uses and their role in the natural ecosystem. Together, we’ll take the time to consciously observe what grows right on our doorstep—often unassuming, yet full of power and potential. Mindful interaction with nature is at the heart of this experience: you’ll learn how to harvest sustainably while protecting plant populations. In the workshop that follows, we’ll process the collected herbs in a relaxed atmosphere. Using simple, everyday methods, we’ll create small, valuable natural products such as soothing ointments, aromatic oils, or spicy herbal salt—all made individually, naturally, and with lots of love. This course is suitable for anyone who is curious, wants to reconnect with nature, or is simply looking for a mindful break from everyday life.
