To mark the occasion, Saturday evening will begin at **6:00 p.m.** with the tapping of the keg by our mayor, Bettina Kist, and the gates will open to visitors. Fresh food from the grill, juicy **onion steak**, and cool drinks from the tap and wine stand will provide the necessary refreshment. But to round off the summer, **aperitifs** like Aperol Spritz, Sunset Spritz, or a summer spritzer are a must! **Sunday, June 27, 2026 Fire Department Festival** The festival Sunday kicks off right on time at **11 a.m.**! On this day, too, your physical well-being is well taken care of—hunger and thirst will definitely be satisfied: In addition to grilled dishes, the menu features **tarte flambée** from the wood-fired oven and **roll roast** with spaetzle or fries.
