Relaxation, mindfulness, and creativity in perfect balance.

This meditative drawing method is an easy-to-learn technique that generates fascinating works of art through the repetition of simple patterns. It's not about perfection, but about the creative process itself – about mindfulness, calmness, and the wonderful feeling of having created something unique.
You will learn the basics of the method and create your first own artworks. Afterwards, we will go into nature together to discover the inspiring structures and shapes in the surroundings. There, we will let ourselves be inspired by leaves, grasses, branches, or stones and continue the tangling in "nature style" – outside, mindfully, and connected to the environment.

No matter if you think you can't draw or if you're already creative – meditative drawing is suitable for everyone. The method promotes concentration, relaxation, and creativity. 

Many participants report that they enter a pleasant flow state while drawing and forget the world around them. Nature enhances this effect – it slows you down, grounds you, and provides new energy.

The course is inspired by the Zentangle® method but is not affiliated with the official Zentangle organization.
Since we will be both indoors and outdoors, weatherproof clothing in layers is also recommended.
