ONE OF THESE – A Celebration of Pink Floyd: Animal

In 2024, One Of These performed with a full orchestra at the Kulturwerk and delighted the audience with the music of The Wall. In 2026, the band will return to the Kulturwerk, bringing along a rather seldom-played album – Pink Floyd fans will be thrilled.

Pink Floyd have always engaged with socially critical themes – but with their album Animals, they expressed their view on society more clearly than ever before. Today, 50 years after the recordings of the album released in January 1977, the themes of the album are unfortunately more relevant than ever.

ONE OF THESE is a band that has always advocated for respectful interaction with one another and embodies this within the band as well. Against the backdrop of the current social and political developments not only in Germany, it is therefore consistent that the band dedicates its next tour to this album.

ONE OF THESE has toured in recent years with The Wall, The Dark Side, The Division Bell Tour, and Wish You Were Here across seven federal states as well as in Austria. With the Animals Tour, the band completes its tours of the major Pink Floyd albums.

In the first part of the concert, highlights from the Pink Floyd catalog will be played – including a very special treat for all Pink Floyd connoisseurs.

ONE OF THESE captivates with its love for the music of Pink Floyd, even down to the small details. The band plays the music of Pink Floyd with a musical dedication that can be seen and heard in every note. Each concert is a celebration for the band, where the music of Pink Floyd is honored, but also the shared experience of being able to enjoy this wonderful music together with the audience. This is evident from the very first note until the meet and greet after the concert.

ONE OF THESE is regarded as the most versatile Pink Floyd tribute band in the country, presenting the music of the British band in various interesting facets. With the tribute lineup, complete albums are played (The Dark Side Of The Moon / Wish You Were Here / Animals / The Wall), and there is a history program. Additionally, there is an unplugged program featuring a lineup expanded with strings, clarinet, and percussion, as well as a program with a full orchestra. Under the title Early Years, the band performs in a reduced lineup the early Floyd before their major success with The Dark Side Of The Moon, and currently, the music from the concert film "Live At Pompeii" is being played.
