Im Bilde sein - abstrakte und figurative Malerei

Rithe Krug, a freelance artist born in Rhineland-Palatinate, has devoted herself heart and soul to painting for decades – since 2010, primarily abstract and often large-format works. She will open her current exhibition at Stöffel Park on Sunday, 3 May 2026, at 4 p.m. The vernissage will be accompanied by music. All interested parties are welcome to attend.

The works of Rithe Krug

Her works captivate viewers with their fantastic expressive language and the fascinating effect of contrasts in shapes, lines and colours. All the emotions, energy and passion that spring from her artistic soul are captured on canvas using various techniques with acrylic paint during the working process.

Rithe Krug often uses only three colours, which enhances the immediate colour effect and thus also sharpens the viewer's perception and intuitive sense.
