Fortress Tours Landau

The fort is one of the largest remaining fortress structures. It was built between 1700 and 1702 as an outwork of the fortress Landau on the Kaffenberg.

During a tour with guide Thomas Kiefer, you will explore this part of the fortress, which is also called the "Kronwerk." You can visit the entire structure, including the underground mine galleries, which are considered a special highlight of the tour.

Additionally, you will learn more about the later use of the facility. After the end of the fortress era, the area was designed and used as “Luitpoldpark.”

The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
