Guest: Tobias Beitzel – Comedy & Poetry at its finest

Tobias Beitzel is a poetry slammer, comedian, and cultural organizer from the Wittgensteiner Land. Since 2017, he has been entertaining audiences across Germany with his humor – scrutinizing everything from big politics to small village life.
In 2019, he reached the finals of the NRW championships in front of over 2000 spectators in Aachen, was awarded the “Prize of the Young Poets of Germany,” and has long been known for his popular open-air series like “A Summer Evening” as well as his radio format “Beitzel's Loudspeaker” on Radio Siegen.

The Program: “Village Kid”

Since summer 2023, Tobias has been on tour with his first comedy program “Village Kid.”
The 28-year-old grew up in the small village of Arfeld – and has plenty of stories to tell:
From club life to the local elections, from grandpas and grandmas to the village Christmas market – here, rural life is lovingly poked fun at. An evening that delights both young and old and is guaranteed to bring tears of laughter!
