Römerfest Alzey

In the beautiful surroundings of Alzey Castle, 130 performers lovingly present the civil life of the Romans. There are numerous spectacular program highlights such as gladiatorial battles, Roman riders, shooting demonstrations, falconry shows, formations, and more. In the hands-on activities for children, the techniques of the Romans can be discovered and tried out. Roman merchants, as well as drinks and food, invite visitors to browse and enjoy on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 6 PM. Tickets for the Roman Festival can be purchased in advance and at the box office.

Companions of individuals with a "B" in their ID receive free admission.
