Weinbergwanderung mit Picknick

The event starts at 11 a.m. at Wilhelmshof and lasts until about 2:30 p.m. After a welcome with a glass of winemaker sparkling wine, the roughly five-kilometer hike leads through the vineyards of the family-run organic winery. Participants will gain insights into terroir, grape varieties, sustainable viticulture, and the work throughout the year.
At three stations, selected white and red wines will be tasted with small culinary accompaniments. The highlight is a traditional Palatinate platter in the midst of the vineyards.
“Those who taste wine where it is produced experience the uniqueness of our landscape and our work particularly intensively,” says winemaker Barbara Roth from Wilhelmshof.
The vineyard hike is aimed at both wine lovers and guests of the region who want to discover the Palatinate enjoyably. Families with children are also welcome.
Participation costs 89 euros per person. The price includes the guided hike, wine tasting, small snacks during the tour, the Palatinate platter, and a shopping voucher worth ten euros for subsequent wine purchases.
