Family Time in the Orchard

The Ailingen Environmental Working Group invites children and families to explore the orchard meadow in the Panorama Orchard with all their senses. They’ll harvest apples, nuts, and many other fruits, make exciting observations of animals and plants, meet the sheep, make their own hay, and much more. The volunteers look forward to experiencing nature together with the families as the seasons change. Everyone surely knows honeybees. They are very important for us to get our delicious honey and for many plants to be pollinated and bear fruit. But do you also know about wild bees? Where can you find them? How do they live? Do we need them too? You’ll learn that and much more at this meeting. Of course, we’d also like to do some work in the large panoramic orchard again. Who is it for?
