## A Journey Through the Geological History of Baden-Württemberg
On the right bank of the Enz River, in front of the high Wobach rock face, about 300 meters upstream from the railway viaduct, a walk-through landscape model featuring the rocks of the South German stepped plateau has been on display since the 1989 State Garden Show.
On a geological journey through time, you’ll gain insights into the course of life on Earth, the formation and structure of the terraced plateau, and the ecosystem of the Muschelkalk Sea. Our soils, situated on Muschelkalk in a favorable climate zone, offer excellent conditions for producing high-quality wines.
