We are very pleased to be part of Kultur im Fluss this year as Kulturbahnhof and to contribute a very special concert in July:

Have you ever heard of Django Reinhardt? Lulo Reinhardt, great-nephew of the Gypsy jazz legend, brings this unmistakable sound to the Kulturbahnhof – and meets the classical guitarist Yuliya Lonskaya. What happens when Gypsy jazz meets classical virtuosity? An evening full of energy, elegance, and surprises.

The duo captivates with a mix of Latin, Flamenco, Brazilian jazz, and Gypsy swing – complemented by original compositions that tell stories of open-mindedness and lived boundary-crossing.

Yuliya Lonskaya, trained among others at the University of Music Karlsruhe and the Accademia Musicale Chigiana in Siena, brings a classical depth that gives the evening a unique sound.

An evening that could hardly fit better into the Kulturwochen der Gießener Lahntäler!
