Guided Tour of the Chapel "To Our Beloved Lady"

As part of the summer festival of the Annweiler am Trifels municipal association on Saturday, August 29, there will be a guided tour of the chapel "To Our Beloved Lady."

The chapel, consecrated in 1492, is the second oldest building in the town of Annweiler and is considered a special gem. After about a 15-minute walk from the meeting point, the chapel will be reached, housing 21 well-preserved wall paintings of art-historical value.

During the tour, certified guide Iris Grötsch will provide insights into the time of the chapel's creation as well as the history and significance of the wall paintings.
