Experience the diversity of regional fruit growing at our Apple Festival! Enjoy apple tastings, a children’s program, and craft activities. We look forward to seeing you! What distinguishes a traditional orchard from an intensive fruit farm? How do we promote biodiversity on our farm? Which apple and pear varieties do we grow, and which are best suited for juice, spirits, or vinegar? Experience the diversity of regional fruit growing at our Apple Festival! Look forward to around 30 apple varieties and 10 pear varieties—from Zaubergäu Renette and Pfarrapfel to Gräfin Goldach, which is particularly allergy-friendly. Learn fascinating facts about orchard meadows, intensive orchards, and biodiversity. For kids, there’s craft fun and hands-on activities; for foodies, coffee & cake, fresh waffles with applesauce, and freshly pressed apple juice.
