Agatha is Dead!

Simple language: Agatha is Dead! is a band. They play drums, guitar, and bass. The music genre is called post-punk.

Founded in the lockdown winter of 2021, Agatha Is Dead! started as a post-punk experiment by long-time friends Lilly and Noah, who already made music together during their school years. Their shared love for Joy Division, The Cure, Molchat Doma, and Fontaines D.C. laid the foundation for their dark, urgent sound. With the addition of drummer Joey Ramone Hansen – who added a grunge and pop-punk edge to the sound – and Arthur on bass, the band played their first shows in 2022 and quickly established a firm place in the Berlin underground scene.
Alongside the single "Courtroom Drama," the band announces their debut album "Concrete," set to be released in September 2026.
