Amid the nature of the Swabian Alb, a quiet place awaits you where you can pause, take a deep breath, and reconnect with yourself. This is not about performance or optimization, but about direct experience: through creative impulses, mindful movement, and conscious periods of rest, space is created for clarity, self-connection, and a new inner alignment. ## Workshop: Body Balance In this experiential space, your body takes center stage. Through simple movement and dance elements, you’ll find your way back to your own rhythm. Mindful bodywork, breathing exercises, and walking meditations support you in shifting from your head to your senses.
