Baldassare Galuppi was one of the most famous opera composers in Europe in the 18th century. Sonata No. 5 was popularized by Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli and is a lyrical instrumental piece. “Liebesleid” is one of three pieces from the series “Alt-Wiener Tanzweisen” for violin and piano, composed by Fritz Kreisler.

Sergej Rachmaninow recorded his own virtuosic transcriptions. The “Corelli Variations,” characterized by melancholic themes, were written by Rachmaninow in 1931 as his last work for solo piano during his American exile. Rachmaninow was inspired by Kreisler, who also used the theme “La Follia.” The work is dedicated to him. Both Mazurkas and Polonaises were originally Polish folk dances. Despite Chopin's career abroad, his heart always remained in Poland.

After completing specialized music training in Yerevan, she is currently studying at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Mannheim in the class of Prof. Wolfram Schmitt-Leonardy. Laura has attended numerous masterclasses with famous pianists and professors, including Georg Friedrich Schenck, Wolfram Schmitt-Leonardy, Vladimir Kharin, Leslie Howard, Sergio Tiempo, and Jerome Lowenthal. She is a prizewinner of national and international competitions: 1st Prize at the “Melos” Piano Competition (2017), 2nd Prize at the 3rd “Feurich” Piano Competition (2018), 1st Prize at the “Vienna International Arts Festival” (2019), 1st Prize at the “Grand Piano in Novorossiysk” (2020), 1st Prize and two Special Prizes at the “Great Masters International Piano Competition - V. Horowitz Edition” (2021), 2nd Prize at the “Stockholm International Music Competition,” and 1st Prize at the “Pietro Argento” Piano Competition (2022). In 2016, Laura was nominated for “You Hold the Future” in the encyclopedia “The Best in Education” and was awarded the “Talented Child” medal.
