Mushroom Seminar in Wieden

In this one-day seminar, mushroom expert Christian Burkart from Freiburg shares his extensive knowledge of the fascinating world of mushrooms. New this year, two mushroom seminars led by mushroom expert Christian Burkart from Freiburg will be offered in Wieden. The one-day seminar provides beginner-friendly foundational knowledge on the safe and responsible collection of edible mushrooms. In addition to hands-on experience in the forest, the focus is particularly on teaching species identification, identification skills, and the safe handling of edible and poisonous mushrooms. The seminar begins on Saturday morning with a brief introduction to the topic, followed by a group mushroom excursion. During the lunch break, a vegan and gluten-free mushroom Bolognese from Pilzmanufaktur Freiburg will be served. The afternoon is dedicated to an in-depth session on theory and identification.
