International Museum Day

Baden-Württemberg Tells Its Story! – that is this year’s theme for International Museum Day, announced by the Baden-Württemberg Museum Association. You can find the participating museums and their programs for Tübingen below. **Hölderlin Museum, Hölderlinturm, 11 a.m.–5 p.m.** The theme is perfectly suited for a museum that recounts the life of the poet Friedrich Hölderlin in meticulous detail. A surprise object in the permanent exhibition will be highlighted, the Sunday tour is free for everyone, and we welcome the Erzählbühne Tübingen back for a special event in the museum garden. 2–3 p.m.: Free Sunday tour 3–5 p.m.: Open storytelling stage in the museum garden by the Erzählbühne Tübingen **City Museum 11 a.m.–5 p.m.** Under the theme, a particularly evocative object will be showcased in front of the City Museum.
