From the former Mühlehof site to the Löffelstelz castle ruins and the broadcasting complex

An informative walk from downtown up to the open-to-the-public Löffelstelz Castle ruins and the radio station grounds, where the Radio Museum will be open for us.
In the first part, we’ll walk uphill along the Löffelstelzweg to the Löffelstelz castle ruins and enjoy the view over the Enz Valley. Along the way, we’ll learn about the history of Mühlacker, log driving on the Enz, and the history of the Waldensians. Information about the castle’s history will be provided on site; the castle will be open on this day.
In the second part, the tour takes us to the Mühlacker transmitter. There, a “transmitter rescuer” will be waiting for us to answer questions about the transmitter. We will have the opportunity to visit the Radio Museum.
Sturdy footwear is required.
