This event aims to raise global awareness of the social role of museums. Visitors to the museums in Bernau are also invited to take part in the planned activities and discover the diversity of the museums.
Across Germany, museums are inviting the public to visit under the theme "Discover Museums." The museums present themselves as places of social and cultural exchange and, through both in-person and digital event formats, offer special insights into our museum world.
Admission is free on the event day. The opening reception begins at 11:00 a.m. with Karl Metzger and Eckart Hahn, who will discuss the artist’s works.
