The forest is a complex ecosystem comprising an incredible number of diverse animal and plant species. Thanks to its unique variety of tree species, the Hemsbach Forest provides a one-of-a-kind habitat for many of them. But what exactly influences biodiversity, and what role does forest management play in this? What impact does climate change have on individual species and the forest as a whole? These and other questions will be clearly explored and discussed during a walk through the Hemsbach Forest. Our guided tour takes place exclusively outdoors, including off paved paths, and will proceed even in bad weather. Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing.
