Field Trip: “Leaves, Flowers, and the Brothers Grimm”

Guided Excursion: Where Botany Meets Fairy Tales In the castle gardens, we invite you to a special afternoon blending the world of plants with fairy-tale storytelling. Together, we’ll explore selected plants, learn about their stories, their healing properties, and their essence—and then let ourselves be enchanted by a fitting fairy tale from the Brothers Grimm collection. Beneath the cherry trees, we create a space for creativity and relaxation: We’ll write, paint, dream, meditate, strike up conversations, or simply enjoy the atmosphere over a shared picnic. Step by step, new perspectives will open up on the plants around us—and on the stories they hold within. Look forward to a summer afternoon full of knowledge, encounters, and quiet moments—with plants, fairy tales, and people. **When:** August 22, 2026, 3:00–7:00 p.m. **Where:** Castle Garden, meeting point at the main entrance Please bring a blanket and a picnic basket with food and drinks of your choice.
