A tour through the old town of Wetzlar on the topic of "Scareheads and Hesse Men". Interested parties will learn everything important about the various half-timbered houses, which represent an important part of Wetzlar's culture.
In original attire, the city guide takes the participants on a journey through time from the craftsmen's guild, starting from timber framing to modern times. All half-timbered houses are genuine unique pieces and old masterpieces. The history of the historic old town and the peculiarities of the journeyman’s journey will be explained while fire blocks and envy heads can be observed.
