The tour leads from Bad Rappenau to the castles in its surrounding districts of Obergimpern, Babstadt, Grombach, Fürfeld, Bohnfeld, and the famous moated castle right in Rappenau. The tour guides bring the history of these impressive structures to life in an accessible way and provide information about the region. Between Kirchardt and Fürfeld, the tour crosses the old border between the principalities of the Kingdom of Württemberg and the Grand Duchy of Baden.
