The special thing about the regatta is that there is no time measurement; rather, the drummer is the focal point of the event and decides the outcome of victory or defeat.
At the finish line, a line with cymbals is stretched across the Lahn, which the drummer must target. To do this, the drummer must rise from the drumming seat before the finish, turn around, and hit the cymbal for victory. Exciting races await you.
Last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming many teams from Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
